The Montgomery County Educational Service Center is committed to hiring and retaining highly qualified staff. The MCESC Human Resource Department is responsible for overseeing recruitment, selection and hiring processes as well as ensuring all staff members maintain required credentials. The Human Resource Department also works closely with the Treasurer's Office to administer employee benefit programs.
