Connecting education and industry so students can be successful in work and life

Our Workforce Department serves as a liaison between higher education, K-12 institutions, industry leaders and community partners to empower the next generation of our region’s students with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive after graduation.

We focus on supporting our region’s Business Advisory Council and facilitating our Career Champions group and Counselors Academy. These programs, plus many others, help equip our local workforce ecosystem with creative connections and opportunities.
