Workforce Department
Our Workforce Department serves as a liaison between higher education, K-12 institutions, industry leaders and community partners to empower the next generation of our region’s students with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive after graduation.
Through programs such as our Career Champions group and Counselors Academy, we help equip our local workforce ecosystem with creative connections and opportunities.

Business Advisory Council
The Montgomery County Educational Service Center facilitates the state-mandated Business Advisory Council for the public schools of Montgomery and Warren counties. Our goal is to promote substantive and effective collaboration between educators and industry to prepare students to compete in a global economy.
