Inside Dayton

Helping students find meaning and purpose to strengthen their interest in school and anchor them in long-term success

Inside Dayton is a two-week, paid fellowship for high school students passionate about problem-solving and innovation. As a fellow, you’ll collaborate with Dayton professionals, businesses, and educators to tackle real-world challenges, develop creative solutions, and strengthen connections between local industries and young adults.

Gain hands-on experience, build your network, and make a lasting impact on the community!

WHO: We’re looking for 20 rising high school sophomores from schools across Montgomery County and Warren County who are eager to explore careers and make a difference.

WHAT: A hands-on, in-person fellowship where students will:

  • Conduct research and explore career pathways
  • Collaborate in group discussions and brainstorming sessions
  • Design innovative career connection activities
  • Present their final project to the Business Advisory Council

WHEN: June 2 - June 5 and June 9 - June 11, 2025
📅 Monday - Thursday
⏰ 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Daily

PAY: 💰 Earn $500 for completing this two-week experience!
